Unexpected server-side reset

We are using actix server as:

From time to time we are facing a reset from the server side, right after a request comes down.

## Expected Behavior

No reset until the handle returns.

## Current Behavior

server resets connection some 100-500ms after the request comes in.

## Possible Solution

None

## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Not possible to reproduce outside our labs.
2. We are working on getting logs.
3. We can't send a complete packet captures, but a brief of dissectors is added below.
