Role/User Restricted Backends

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to add a role/user whitelist option for the radarr and sonarr backends.

I use this discord server for multiple things but want close friends to only access the bot, I would prefer not to make another server just for requests. Seerr would work but I don’t run Seerr as I prefer direct access to *arr.

### Desired Behavior

Make a role/user whitelist optional argument for both the radarr and sonarr backends, this would be done using IDs within discord. This wouldn’t be any different than a moderation bot where only certain users/roles can access certain commands.
