The `--show-folders` command doesn't list subfolders.
Before v11 subfolders or "nested_folders" could be turned on with the following config in `grafana.ini
```
[feature_toggles]
enable = nestedFolders
```
However, existing folders are not listed when calling the tools `--show-folders`
`nested_folders` are enabled by default in grafana v.11

After the upgrade to grafana v11, we will need to check, whether subfolders are still not shown, and fix it if it is still broken and if it is possible to fix.
