Description
I am running gh runner in GKE from helm chart defined in https://github.com/actions.
Versions (listener, controller, runner):
- 0.9.3
My runners as of this morning start and shortly exit with code 1 and a network error, System.IO.Exception: Unable to read data from the data connection. Operation cancelled . It looks like a problem with the upstream GH backend at broker.actions.githubusercontent.com. Restarting the controller, listener has not helped.

Research direction
Start with the GKE Helm deployment and runner 0.9.3 logs around the System.IO.Exception at broker.actions.githubusercontent.com, comparing the listener, controller, and runner behavior. Confirm whether the network failure can be reproduced and whether runners remain connected without exiting with code 1.
