Description

Hello!
We want to configure webhook driven scaling with kubectl. We can't use HELM.
Tell me please, where to get the configuration for kubectl apply?
May be u have step-by-step docs?

Thanks.

Research direction

Start with the linked webhook-driven scaling section and review how the Kubernetes configuration is currently provided through Helm. Document the equivalent configuration and application steps for kubectl, including a clear point at which webhook-driven scaling is working without Helm.
