feat: Add more contact information

### Problem / Motivation

Allow users to add their contact info, including:
- Phone Number
- Discord
- Instagram handle

### Proposal

Implement these as optional fields to be added

### Acceptance criteria

Will need some backend implementation too, sync with @PyDev19 if you don't want to implement the backend changes yourself.
