Update the news tab

### Describe the feature to be enhanced
The news tab at the moment uses an iframe so as to show the latest news. This is highly inefficient and does not look appealing.

### Tasks
We wish for this to be solved by using web scraping as well as JS to update this with any changes and limit the number of articles on the website.

An additional feature would be the ability to have a pinned article done by the maintainer via a link.

### Expected behaviour post enhancement
The news tab must look more integrated into the website.
