Update the UI of the website

### Describe the feature to be enhanced
Currently, the website uses basic CSS and HTML, the Issue is set up so as to alter the background image as well update the navbar using Bootstrap and other tools.

### Tasks
The website has to be appealing visually and must use Bootstrap and apply it for all the pages

### Expected behaviour post enhancement
The expectation is for the website to be easy to use and great looking.
Going above and beyond would definitely help with getting brownie points.
