Add a webpage (.html) to allow for the user to detect cases in the area

### Describe the feature to be enhanced
Add a webpage HTML for users to detect coronavirus cases in a particular area based on the location using the navigator.geolocation using JS, a visual representation of this would be highly beneficial for people to be more aware of the disease.

### Tasks
Add cards that tell total vaccinations, cases in an area, cases discharged, and different states vaccination.
Extra: travel restrictions of different states.

### Expected behaviour post enhancement
It must be similar to [this website](https://www.mygov.in/covid-19)
