I am the Publication Chair for STIL 2026 (Editorial Chair in the STIL organizing committee) and am registering the 2026 proceedings for ingestion into the ACL Anthology. STIL is an existing Anthology venue (Venue ID: stil).

The 17th Brazilian Symposium in Information and Human Language Technology (STIL 2026) will be held in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brazil, from October 19 to 22, 2026, in conjunction with BRACIS 2026.

We plan to publish a single STIL volume, consistent with recent STIL editions. The volume will include the STIL Main Conference and its satellite events, the XI Jornada de Descrição do Português (JDP 2026) and the XI Undergraduate Research Workshop on Information and Human Language Technology (TILiC 2026).

The final publication set comprises 61 papers: 36 STIL Main Conference papers, 8 JDP papers, and 17 TILiC papers.

Submissions and camera-ready materials were collected through JEMS3 (SBC), and we plan to compile the proceedings standalone using aclpub2. Camera-ready PDFs and ACL Copyright Transfer and Assignment Agreements have been collected for all 61 papers.

Since the submission process is already closed, we will collect and provide ORCID iDs for as many authors as possible during metadata preparation, using the available submission records and direct follow-up where necessary.

We plan to deliver the final aclpub2 proceedings package through a private GitHub repository.
