Descrição
We currently use the `` tag on papers in two ways:
- Anthology ID is a shortcut that gets expanded to a local PDF
- A full URL will generate an external link (e.g., #9157) to that URL
There are some situations where we might like to support links to both, for example, LREC (#8168), who prefers us to link to their own PDFs, but for which we have a local mirror. It would be nice to support this.
