Late addition to proceedings: 2024.paclic-1.0 Paper 152

Hello ACL Anthology team,

We would like some guidance regarding a late addition to the [PACLIC 2024](https://aclanthology.org/2024.paclic-1.0/) proceedings.

Paper 152 was accepted and registered, but was not included in the first iteration of the proceedings due to late registration.

The paper files are ready and currently available to the workshop organizers.
We will submit a pull request adding the corresponding BibTeX and PDF files to the repository.

Before proceeding, please confirm that a PR adding this paper is acceptable, and advise if any additional confirmation from the organizers is required.
