404 errors when trying to access supplementary material for EACL 2024

### Problem Description

Hi!
There are several pages for EACL 2024 papers (long + short) where trying to access supplementary material via the "Software" or "Notes" buttons causes a 404 error:
- https://aclanthology.org/2024.eacl-long.14/: both https://aclanthology.org/attachments/2024.eacl-long.14.software.zip and https://aclanthology.org/attachments/2024.eacl-long.14.note.zip throw 404 errors
- https://aclanthology.org/2024.eacl-long.28/: same for https://aclanthology.org/attachments/2024.eacl-long.28.software.zip
- https://aclanthology.org/2024.eacl-long.10/: same for https://aclanthology.org/attachments/2024.eacl-long.10.software.zip and https://aclanthology.org/attachments/2024.eacl-long.10.note.zip
- https://aclanthology.org/2024.eacl-short.3/: same for https://aclanthology.org/attachments/2024.eacl-short.3.software.zip

This probably affects a lot of other EACL 2024 papers, but I haven't checked systematically. The supplementary material links for EACL's Findings papers work however (e.g., [here](https://aclanthology.org/2024.findings-eacl.1/) or [here](https://aclanthology.org/2024.findings-eacl.2/)).
