BibTeX fixed-case: initial capital of title after a quote needs to be marked as fixed-case

For https://aclanthology.org/2023.eamt-1.25/, the title entry is:

title = "{``}Translationese{''} (and {``}post-editese{''}?) no more: on importing fuzzy conceptual tools from Translation Studies in {MT} research",

But the initial "T" is being lowercased by the stylesheet because it follows the quotation mark.
