Bug report: anthology NAACL 2019 tutorial N19-5005

#### Issue description

The audio for the video recording of this tutorial is for a different tutorial.

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to the above URL
2. Click on video to go to: https://vimeo.com/347451419
3. The audio is not for this tutorial, rather it seems to be for the Session on Summarization and Information Retrieval (with 6 talks) which was session "2D: Summarization & IR" in the main NAACL 2019 conference (see: https://naacl.org/naacl-hlt-2019/schedule/). I can confirm that the talks in those sessions themselves seem to have the right audio.

#### What's the expected result?

The audio for the tutorial should match the tutorial as it was delivered in NAACL 2019.

The ideal solution is to find the original video file for the tutorial and replace the audio on the current vimeo upload.

Another alternative is to obtain an audio narration from the tutorial presenters and replace the current incorrect audio with this new narration.
