Conflicting/Unclear Formatting Instructions on Appendix Titles

There seems to be a mismatch between the wording of the [formatting.md](https://github.com/acl-org/ACLPUB/blob/master/docs/formatting.md) file, the example given in that file and the latex template.

In the section [Appendices](https://github.com/acl-org/ACLPUB/blob/master/docs/formatting.md#appendices) it states:
> Letter the appendices in sequence and provide an informative title:
>> Appendix A. Title of Appendix

From the wording here, I would expect the example to be simply
> A  Title of Appendix

And this is also how the [Latex style file](https://github.com/acl-org/acl-style-files) seems to be set up.
Writing `\section{Title of Appendix}` in the appendix of a paper will produce
> A  Title of Appendix

From the wording and style files, I assume that the example given in the documentation here is the odd one out.
But clarification would be appreciated!
