Restrict actions per process/host

It would be nice to have possibility to define restrictions on allowed actions per process, or at least per host.

I would like to add a host to pm2-web to allow users to see logs and online status, but I do not want them to be able to stop/restart/... processes.

(It would be even better to have possibility to define multiple users/roles in 'authentication' section of config and some of them would have access for those actions and some wouldn't)
