Description

Problem

Users need a way to see their token usage and an activity/event trail without digging through raw data or multiple tabs.

Ask

Provide a user-friendly view (in-product) that surfaces:

  • Token/credit usage over time (daily/weekly breakdown, by user, by task/thread)
  • An activity or event log/trail showing what actions consumed credits, when, and by whom
  • Easy filtering (by user, by task, by activity type) and drill-down into individual events

Reference

Current Usage dashboard (Overview / Team / Activity / Tasks tabs) already exposes some of this data (total spend, burn rate, credit usage by category, top users, top tasks, per-user thread/task-run breakdown, activity feed with credits used per event, scheduled task run history). The ask is to make this more accessible/discoverable and easier to parse at a glance, since this is currently spread across several tabs and not obviously entry-pointed for a typical user.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing Usage dashboard across its Overview, Team, Activity, and Tasks tabs, especially the current activity feed and scheduled task run history. Map which data is already exposed and identify the intended entry point for a consolidated view. Done means users can find usage trends, credit-consuming events, filters, and event drill-downs without searching across multiple tabs.
