Import declaration conflicts in generated modules when using --modular flag

I'm using the Swagger pet store example as input with the `--modular` flag.

The generated modules are reporting the following type issues because the interface from `data-contracts.ts` has the same name as the class in the module.

> Individual declarations in merged declaration 'Pet' must be all exported or all local.ts (2395)

> Import declaration conflicts with local declaration of 'Pet'.ts (2440)


I realize that the modules has ESLint disabled, however, these are typescript errors.
