Hello,
I am trying to follow all your instructions but without any luck.
Steps I have done:
1. Installation GO and Singularity
2. Clone your repo and enter repo
3. execute `sudo singularity build --sandbox BWA Singularity`
4. execute `sudo singularity build BWA.simg BWA`
5. trying to execute ` sudo singularity shell BWA.simg` --> byt then error occured `ERROR: /bin/sh does not exist in container
`
Do you have any idea why this occured?
