Render type: temperature

Some modules are parsing temperature values and displaying in both C and F. We should create a new render type for temperature and then the user can have a preference setting in LAVA to display in their chosen temperature scale with a pop over to show more data value conversions.
- Celsius
- Fahrenheit
- Kelvin

Anything else to show in the popover?

Looks like in above module the db value is Celsius so that should probably be the stored value in our db also.
