Support for Google TV and Android TV artifacts

https://litter.catbox.moe/tvicbn.tar - an ADB Backup of a Google TV containing many artifacts. ( refer to fileformats.archiveteam.org/wiki/Android_ADB_Backup to convert into a normal filesystem ) All preinstalled apps were included, however apps that did not support ADB Backup were excluded.
I have explored the backup myself and discovered the most useful artifacts include the browser database (of course) and the ESPN app containing a plethora of detailed log files, as well as the channel list database. There are other artifacts that should be added that I did not mention, but are pretty minor, including YouTube preferences for TV, as it is the most used app.
