Description
In the current state of the framework, it is almost impossible to write any Angular code and test it without proper backend. If there was a docker image with minimal setup (backend application, db, cache etc.) to provide APIs to the Angular application, it would make working on just Angular extremely easy. It would also enable support from the community.

Research direction
The issue proposes a Docker image containing a minimal backend application, database, and cache to provide APIs for Angular development, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. First map the repository's existing application and container setup; done means a documented, usable image that supports Angular development without separately configuring those backend services.
