Request translation file for Portuguese (pt)

I'd like to contribute a Portuguese translation and would appreciate the
abp-translation.json file for the commercial modules, since they are not in
the public repository.

Why pt and not pt-PT

I'm a European Portuguese speaker, but I'd rather add the translation under the
neutral pt culture than under pt-PT.

pt-PT does not inherit from pt-BR, and vice versa. Both are children of
pt. So a pt.json file serves as a fallback for both variants, which means
it also covers the keys currently missing from the pt-BR.json files. Those
keys fall back to English today. Anything pt-BR.json already defines keeps
overriding the neutral file, so nothing changes for existing Brazilian users.

If a variant specific wording is needed later, a pt-PT.json can be added on
top of it.
