Description
Modular development tutorial's parts 04 and 05 contains a valuable information to explain how to build solutions from scratch with ABP Studio. However, when we do https://github.com/abpframework/abp/issues/21030 that information will be lost.
We can create an article that shows how to do it. We can take the modular CRM solution as a base and create a Customer module for example. We can use MVC and EF Core.

Research direction
Review modular CRM tutorial parts 04 and 05 and the context in issue 21030 before planning the article. Use the modular CRM solution as the example, create a Customer module from scratch with MVC and EF Core, and consider the work done when the article explains the full process of building and installing the module into an application.
