Description
Insights Dashboard's purpose is to draw insights from and in turn improve VCIO. Once we have the dashboard live, we can see scope of improvements as well as some faults of VCIO bubble up, and can be undertaken and resolved.
A discussion particular to this should be done once these PRs are merged and are live.
