Issue with altcha in VC40

Description
We run VulnerableCode V40 on premise and the altcha checkbox is not showing (see screenshot), therefore the search is not usable.
- Altcha should be working on premise too
- VC should have an updated django-altcha, because the newer versions have a setting to disable it.
