Inspect manifest fails for https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CERTCC/VINCE/2bed565cc8a73dd920a6c8ed0b58ac221e4b3119/requirements.txt because it requires an insecure evaluation.
I would like to have way to pass args to a pipeline
