Apply file categorization to identify files which does not require review

There are many types of data files, which can be regular JSON/YAML and other types of media files for images/fonts etc, which are often not interesting and should not be marked as `requires-review`. There are often ecosystem specific files like these and sometimes there are also specific data files which are very useful for the d2d process.

For example in Windows d2d projects there are commonly seen: .png, .qml, data files like .json, .yaml other `application/octet-stream`
