Description

### Description

Installing the package yields some warnings for nexB-maintained packages:

```
[...]
WARNING: Package 'extractcode' has an invalid Requires-Python: Invalid specifier: '>=3.6.*'
[...]
WARNING: Package 'gemfileparser2' has an invalid Requires-Python: Invalid specifier: '>=3.6.*'
[...]
WARNING: Package 'pygmars' has an invalid Requires-Python: Invalid specifier: '>=3.6.*'
[...]
```

Looking at the projects itself, it seems like these issues have been fixed in the meantime by requiring `>=3.7` everywhere now, but these changes have never been released and thus more or less spam the installation log.

### How To Reproduce

`python -m pip install scancode-toolkit typecode-libmagic`

### System configuration

* What OS are you running on? Ubuntu 22.04
* What version of scancode-toolkit was used to generate the scan file? `scancode-toolkit-32.2.1.tar.gz`
* What installation method was used to install/run scancode? pip
