False positive license detection on bsd-new_1228.RULE

Description
In a recent scan of pom.xml in jsoup-1.15.3.jar the scan results included bsd-new based on score=55.56 on bsd-new_1228.RULE even though there is no mention at all of bsd-new (or bsd-3-clause) in the file.
The same scan correctly identified mit (the MIT license) in the file.
This is possibly addressed already because I cannot find the entry for bsd-new_1228.RULE in the SCTK codebase
