VirtualCodebase scan fails for files in which files have `fingerprint` attribute
### How To Reproduce
Run scancode scans in the [file](https://jsoneditoronline.org/#left=cloud.8a4d604ab085442a9ecfd2834c05e208)
Following the command
`./scancode --json-pp results.json --from-json`
### Error Result
> TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'fingerprint'
