Description

### Description

Every time I restart my Mac, Docker stops working. To fix it I have to recreate the VM.

If I run a container directly (w/o Docker Compose) it's able to pull the image but then fails with:

```
docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: can't get final child's PID from pipe: EOF: unknown.
```

### Version

Colima Version: 0.5.5
Lima Version: 0.17.2
Qemu Version: n/a

### Operating System

- [ ] macOS Intel <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [ ] macOS Intel >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] macOS M1 <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [ ] macOS M1 >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] Linux
- [x] macOS M2 14 (Sonoma Public Beta)

### Output of `colima status`

INFO[0000] colima is running using macOS Virtualization.Framework
INFO[0000] arch: aarch64
INFO[0000] runtime: docker
INFO[0000] mountType: virtiofs
INFO[0000] socket: unix:///Users/arthur/.colima/default/docker.sock

### Reproduction Steps

1. Setup Colima, launch containers with Docker Compose.
2. Stop containers and restart Mac.
3. Start Colima and try to start the stopped containers.
4. Hangs indefinitely.

### Expected behaviour

That it worked just like before restarting.

### Additional context

I created the vm with:

```
colima start --arch aarch64 --vm-type=vz --vz-rosetta --memory 4
```

And I had x86 containers running (using rosetta).
