Description

### Description

Hello there!

Thanks for making this project open source. I'm really excited to try it out.

I'm trying to make colima work along with k3s and launch a pod. Ive noticed only 'control-plane' is available but not worker nodes.

### Version

Colima Version: v0.5.5
Lima Version:
Qemu Version:

### Operating System

- [ ] macOS Intel <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [X] macOS Intel >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] macOS M1 <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [ ] macOS M1 >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] Linux

### Output of `colima status`

_No response_

### Reproduction Steps

Execute

```
$ colima start --arch amd64 --vm-type=vz --vz-rosetta --runtime containerd --kubernetes
```

try to run a pod

```
$ kubectl run tmp-shell --rm -i --tty --overrides='{"spec": {"hostNetwork": true}}' --image nicolaka/netshoot
pod "tmp-shell" deleted
error: timed out waiting for the condition
```

```
$ kubectl get pods
default tmp-shell 0/1 Pending 0 0s
default tmp-shell 0/1 Pending 0 0s
default tmp-shell 0/1 ContainerCreating 0 1s
default tmp-shell 0/1 Terminating 0 60s
default tmp-shell 1/1 Terminating 0 61s
```

### Expected behaviour

pod `tmp-shell` should be 'Running'
