Description

### Description

I've been using UTM, for full virtualisation, and there seems to be a few benefits to booting the Linux kernel directly rather than using Grub:

1) The boot itself seems significantly faster.
2) Since macOS talks to the kernel directly, you get client-side, copy-able rendering of text. This should help with logs?
