vm driver 'vz' needs macOS 13 or later (Hint: try recompiling Lima if you are seeing this error on macOS 13)

MacOS 13.1 M1

Upgraded lima and colima to latest versions, tried to start lima. Get error.

Colima Version: 0.5.0
Lima Version: 0.14.1 (brew)
Qemu Version: 7.2.0 (brew)

### Operating System

- [ ] Linux

### Reproduction Steps

1. Install lima and colima via brew
2. Colima start
3. Error

### Expected behaviour

VM should start.

### Additional context

If I install HEAD version (brew install --HEAD lima) then colima works, but I shouldn't have to install nightly version of LIMA to have a RELEASED version of colima work properly.
