Created a skill for IDEs

if anyone wants to use this in IDEs in antigravity, here's the skill. just download the repo and place this inside the .agents folder ask something like: "Using the in-chat-screenshot-to-code skill, replicate this site" and add one references or more (e.g. screenshot(s), Video for animation, a URL for exact assets). i've tested it and it works.
