Add Scroll-to-Top Button
Description:
Implement a floating "Scroll to Top" button that appears after scrolling down and smoothly scrolls the user back to the top when clicked.
Tasks:
Create a floating button with an up arrow icon
Show the button only after the user scrolls ~100px down
Smooth scroll to top on click
Style the button to match the website's theme
