Add a 'Skip Login' option

Currenly, the website is forcing the users to login before visiting and exploring the functionalities. This prevents the first-time users from browsing the features before committing due to which users might not register.

Provide limited access to functionalities such as browsing events, articles, and ask for login when user tries to create an event, vote or comment.
