Last file/folder in directory lost off the bottom of the window

Does anybody else see this? It seems that the presence of the breadcrumb path at the top of the tree-view pane is shifting the folder tree off the bottom of the atom window by one file/folder item. Is it simply shifting the folders down by the height taken up at the top by the breadcrumb itself?

Here is the tree-view behaviour in safe mode with all packages off, last file stays visible:
