Simulator

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I know this is a big request, but being able to debug on computer than waste a write cycle on flash memory would be huge in terms of writing software

Simulator with debugging, where you can see the registers/values and debug your issues

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Atmel Studio, but runs on windows only
