Cross list on open marketplaces like Open VSX?

I really appreciate this plugin as it's a great way to introduce students to `goose` starting in an environment that feels familiar.

I see this extension is listed in Microsoft's official proprietary extension marketplace, https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=block.vscode-goose, but not on the the open extension marketplace https://open-vsx.org/ used by the wide range of open source projects that build on the open source base of vscode. Would you please consider listing on open-vsx as well?
