描述

Add a bloom filter to be used to check if the key exists in the dictionary or not, before actually reading from it.

Before reading, check if the key _may_ exist by checking bloom filter.

Before writing, ensure that the bloom filter includes the key to be written.

Bonus points: scale the size of the bloom filter with the number of keys
