描述
As a part of hardcore mode, if we render some of the districts randomly and allow users to guess the name. It will be more fun for users to engage & gain knowledge.
- Allow user to select mode
- Render some districts
- Set time ( based on level )
- When user guess, fill the correct district with different color to distinguish which one is correct / incorrect
