Add GEMINI_API_KEY as env variable for bot runs and remove this condition, to start exercising tests against real model.

It will need to setup environment on github.

The tests can be configured to run on schedule, not on pre-submit, so that they are not blocking development.
In this case we will see results in the tab 'Actions'.

Removing the milestone label because this is a general purpose issue that would benefit the entire project.
