Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Mice and mouse cards for the IIe are getting expensive and difficult to find.
Describe the solution you'd like
For those of us running a2d on an actual IIe, allowing the joystick to control the mouse cursor would be a cheap and effective alternative way of allowing input.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating the existing mouse and joystick input handling in the a2d repository, then determine the intended cursor-control behavior and how it can be tested on an Apple IIe; done means joystick input provides a usable alternative to the mouse.
