Adding Loading Animation

# How?

The idea for the animation is to separate each shape in the Spark logo seen on Figma, and then fade the shapes in and out to show progress. The react-native-svg package should be used, so that the quality is the same on any device. The animation should then be displayed only on initialization. It should also be noted during creation that the symbol may be part of the login page with another y-translation animation, as seen on the Figma demo.
