[Feature/Improvement] Say the workout exercise name aloud

**Purpose:** As a user, I would like that the app say aloud the exercise name so I don't have to look at the screen

**More details:** Would use text to speech to say the exercise. Could be added as a new sound type.

**Acceptance Criteria:** I can know what exercise is next without looking at the screen
