Starting with https://github.com/nptscot/match_linestrings, I've been modernizing the frontend by:
- [X] Upgrading all packages (except Svelte 5)
- [X] Standardizing map controls and a basemap picker with many presets
- [X] Switching from pico to Bootstrap
- [x] Getting a common map right-click utility for opening OSM, Streetview
- [x] switching to Svelte 5
- [ ] standardizing how layer z-ordering works and making it handle multiple basemaps properly
After solidifying it there, rollout to more places (for everything except the last 2 above):
- [x] Road bundler
- [x] Severance Snape
- [x] Speedwalk
- [ ] LTN tool
- [ ] GJ viewer
- [ ] 15m tool
