Descripción
There's a bridge https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/263784090 that doesn't count as a crossing. The Old Kent Road subways are another example.
It's debatable if these should count the same as at-grade crossings. Probably there needs to be more nuance in the type of crossings anyway.
